This Privacy Policy explains how LofGames handles information when you use games published by LofGames and distributed through Google Play or other supported platforms.
Our games are designed to provide gameplay without requiring users to create an account, log in, or provide personal information.

4. Optional High Scores

When submitting a high score, the player may be asked to enter a display name containing 3 to 20 characters. A profanity filter may be applied.
Players should not enter their real name, email address, phone number, postal address, or other personal information as their high-score display name.
The player-selected display name and score are sent to and stored on LofGames servers at lofgames.com for the purpose of operating and displaying the game's high-score leaderboard.
The display name is intended to be an anonymous or pseudonymous game name selected by the player. LofGames does not require the display name to correspond to the player's real identity.
A voluntarily submitted display name may be visible to other players on a public leaderboard. For privacy, players should choose a nickname that does not reveal their identity.
5. Technical Network Data
LofGames does not store IP addresses or device identifiers as part of its high-score records.
When a game connects to lofgames.com to submit or retrieve high scores, standard technical network information, such as an IP address, may be temporarily processed by our web hosting infrastructure to establish the connection, deliver the requested response, and help maintain the security and reliability of our services.
This technical network information is not used by LofGames to identify players personally.
6. Cookies and Similar Storage Technologies
Our games may use cookies, local storage, or similar device/browser storage technologies where applicable to save game progress, scores, settings, and other information needed for normal gameplay.
These technologies are used for game functionality and are not used by LofGames to create a personal profile of players.
7. Advertising and Promotional Banners
LofGames games do not display advertisements supplied by third-party advertising networks and do not use third-party advertising SDKs for displaying advertisements.
A game may display a static promotional banner, image, or link promoting other HTML5 games published or operated by LofGames.

8. Data Sharing

Optional high-score submissions are transmitted to LofGames servers only for the purpose of operating the high-score feature. The player voluntarily provides the display name and score for this feature.
Technical network information may be temporarily processed by hosting infrastructure as described in the Technical Network Data section above.
LofGames does not use the optional high-score display name to determine or verify the real-world identity of a player.
9. Data Retention and Deletion
Local gameplay data remains on the user's device or browser until it is cleared by the user, removed by the game, or otherwise deleted by the device or browser.
Optional online high-score entries may remain on LofGames servers while they are needed to operate and maintain the leaderboard.
LofGames may remove, reset, moderate, or delete leaderboard entries when necessary, including entries that violate game rules or contain inappropriate content.
No player account is created for the high-score feature, so a submitted score is not associated with a LofGames user account.
Data deletion requests: If you wish to have a display name or high-score entry removed from a LofGames leaderboard, you may email [email protected]. Please include the game title and the display name used for the high-score entry. We will review the request and delete the applicable leaderboard entry where appropriate.
10. Security
LofGames takes reasonable measures to protect information handled by its games and services.
Online high-score submissions are handled through LofGames-controlled services.
However, no internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
11. Children's Privacy
Our games do not require children or other users to provide personal information, create an account, or log in to play.
Players should not enter personal information into an optional high-score display name.
If a particular game has additional age-specific features or requirements, those requirements will be described in that game's applicable Google Play listing or in-game notices.
